Payment

1. Credit card

The payment information is passed on to your credit card company simultaneously with your order. Fees charged by the credit card operator pays the shop owner.

2. Direct debit

The debit is transmitted to company Telecash simultaneously with your order and is submitted to your bank by Telecash for immediate charge. Attention: this payment method is only available for customers who live in Germany!

3. Cash on delivery

You pay on receipt of goods to the postman or employee of shipping company DHL ( Deutsche Post ). If you choose this payment method, DHL charges an additional handling fee of 2 Euros when delivering. The cost of payment method cash on delivery amounts to total 6.50 Euros ( 4.50 Euros are charged by us + 2 Euros by DHL ) and are limited in Germany to an amount of 2500 Euros. Excluded from this are still open deliveries.

4. Invoice

With the delivery of the product you receive an invoice from us. If the invoice has not been paid by another payment type yet (e.g., cash on delivery, direct debit, credit card, Paypal, etc.), the stated invoice amount is to be paid within 7 days on receipt of the invoice without deduction of any discount. Unjustified deduction of discount is demanded additionally. Attention: this payment method is only available for customers who live in Germany!

5. Cash in advance
When choosing cash in advance by bank transfer we grant 5% of discount. Consignment will be sent off after receipt of payment on our account on the next working day at the latest.

6. Paypal

When you pay by Paypal, please send the payment (without deduction of discount) to the following account:

Consignment will be sent off after receipt of payment on our account on the next working day at the latest. The shop owner pays for the upcoming fees of Paypal.

7. DIRECTebanking

Sofortüberweisung.de is a new and TÜV-certified online payment system based on the best online banking with PIN / TAN entry for fast and secure processing of your online purchases. Payment made by Sofortüberweisung (=DIRECTebanking) will be dispatched by the next working day because we do not have to wait for your payment in this case. The fees from Sofortüberweisung are paid by the shop owner.
