You can revoke your contract statement within 14 days in text format (e.g., letter, fax, e-mail) without giving reasons or - if the object is left to you before the deadline -also by returning the object. The term begins with the receipt of this instruction in text format, however, not before receipt of the articles by the receiver (with a recurrent delivery of goods of the same kind not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before the fulfilment of our duties of information according to article 246 §2 in connection with §1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our duties according to §312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in connection with article 246 §3 EGBGB. Results of a revocation -

In case of an effective revocation, the benefits received on both sides are to be given back and if necessary, drawn profits (e.g., interest) are to be given back. If you are not able to give us back or respectively edit the received benefits as well as uses (e.g benefits of use), or only give them back in a deteriorated condition, you must render compensation to us in this respect if necessary. For the deterioration of the thing and for pulled achievements you must pay value compensation only, as far as the use or the deterioration is due to a contact with the thing which goes out the check of the qualities and the functionality. One understands the testing and trying out the respective product by "check of the qualities and the functionality" how it is possible and usal in the retail shop. Objects capable of being shipped as a parcel are ro be sent back at our risk.You have to bear the costs of the return, if the delivered object corresponds to the ordered one and if the price of the object to be sent back does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or, with a higher price of the object, if you have not yet rendered the service in return or a contractually agreed part payment at time of the revocation. Otherwise the return is free for you. Objects not capable of being shipped as a parcel will be picked up at your place. Obligations to the refund of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The term begins for you with sending your declaration of revocation or the object, for us with their receipt.
