The freshly delivered pears are immediately processed and mashed after a strict quality control. In the copper kettles of the distillery the mash creates an aromatic distillate with the help of the high-quality Hafele-Brand process. The distillate is stored for several years in stoneware vessels, so that the taste can develop well. After the maturation period, the distillate is brought to drinking strength with water and bottled.
The '333 Hafele Brand Saubirne' of the fine distillery Prinz has a strong fruity aroma with an intense pear note and spicy flavor.
