An Dulaman Gin is made in Ireland by the Sliabh Liag Distillery. The Distillery lies at the foot of the cliffs of Slieve League (Irish: Sliabh Liag) in the County Donegal. The special thing about this gin is that it is made from five local types of seaweed and six other botanicals. Channel Wreck (Irish: An Dúlamán), one of these seaweed, gives the gin its name. In the taste, notes of juniper dominate followed by salty notes, spice, a little earthiness and a slight peach aroma. The best way to enjoy the An Dulaman Irish Maritime Gin is with a lemony tonic water.
