Serving suggestion: Despite its taste characteristics, the wine is suitable for cucumbers, olives, eggplants, salted fish, such as anchovies or cod, smoked fish, such as sturgeon, eel and tuna, caviar, herring and pickled dishes. Also ideal for oriental cuisine.
