History
Amalie & Josef Lantenhammer founded in 1928 an Enzian distillery, which had to be closed at the beginning of the Second World War. 1948 There was a reopening since which the distillery has existed for three generations. It is now one of the most modern distilleries in Europe.

Production
The hand selected fruits come from carefully selected regions. They are further processed with spring water after harvesting and copper stills are distilled twice.
The storage
After distillation, the brandie is stored in breathable stoneware containers for three months or more. Some distillates are stored in special wooden barrels until they are bottled by hand.
