The production
The distillation of locally planted fruits takes place after thorough fermentation in our own copper kettles. Due to the good technical equipment and targeted monitoring, the distillate can be distilled slowly and in a controlled manner.
The storage
After distillation, the distillate is stored for several months with excessive temperature fluctuations and then matured in glass balloons, stainless steel barrels, earthenware containers or wooden barrels. This gives the fruit brandy a full-bodied aroma.
